Christianity is the most popular religion around the world. There are about 2.2 billion adherents. The followers of Christianity are referred to as Christians, and some of the geographic location are the Americas, Europe, and Southern Africa. The founder of Christianity was Jesus Christ, and holy book is the Bible including the New and Old Testament (Gospels). Some of the strong beliefs Christians have is that Jesus is the Son of God and both holy and divine. Also, Jesus was crucified, died, buried, then resurrected. After he rose into heave to then meet his father again (God).
The second largest region is Islam. They are about 1.5 billion adherents. People call them Muslims. They believe in monotheism and Abrahamic. Their holy book is the Qur'an (Koran). They see their purpose in live to follow observing law and submitting to Allah (their god).
Another religion is Buddhism. The adherents estimate pretty far from about 500 million to about 1.5 billion. People refer to them as Buddhist. Their beliefs include the Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold path. I made up a thing to memorize the eightfold paths. It is VISALEMD standing for View, Intention, Action, Livelihood, Effort, Mindfulness, and Dedication. The denominations are Tibetan, Zen, Amidst, and Theravada.
