Day two: textbook

Today we had Mr. Powell again as a sub. He let us out so we had to do our work but we technically had an off mod. We had to answer number 3,4, and 5 out of the test books.

3. What limits were there on the power of the Roman consuls?
The same person couldn't be elected within 10 year time frame, and they could serve only one year.
4. What was the significance of the Twelve Tables?
The importance was it was a set of law in Ancient Rome so it kept people in order back then. Also because they were written down so that everyone was treated equally.
5. How was Hannibal's attack on Rome daring and different?
It was daring because he took his troops into the alps which was a harsh mountainous area. It was different because he took hi trouble suck a long and risky route to go fight Italy.
